I've been trying to update the site content a little bit and I finally created some pages for The Twilight Saga: New Moon. You can check out movie information here.

I've updated both the cast lists from Twilight and New Moon with photos of each member so that you can make the connection between the actor and the character they will play. Keep checking back at these lists, as with time I will be putting together biographies at some point.

Straight from the Canadian set of New Moon, we've got word that hunky vampire Rob Pattinson doesn't stink, despite rumors that he never showers.

"He smells like roses!" castmate Alex Meraz assured us at the Armani Exchange watch launch party last night.

"The first time I met him, I was like, 'Dude, you smell fantastic!'" Alex continued. "I don't know where people get this stuff from."

What was Rob's reaction to Alex's opening line?

"He blushed and did his hair thing," the actor said. "He's comfortable in his own sexuality."

We're not sure what sexuality has to do with showering, but OK.

Allie at Vancity Allie was fortunate enough to have an experience of a lifetime by meeting many of the cast members of New Moon. Taken a few hours ago - Taylor Lautner on set working out, pumping up those muscles before the cameras started rolling.

I'm on my blackberry right now so I can't see every photo clearly but those look like bicep curls, triceps, standing rows, flies too. Those bands - those are super bands. Hayley makes me do core rotations with those bands combined with an oblique dip on a bench. Killer.

Anyway, by all accounts Taylor has been working out vigorously to become wolf-worthy as he'll be featured topless in several scenes.

It has come to my attention that the composer Carter Burwell will not be writing the orchestral pieces for New Moon. He has confirmed this with an FAQ on his website.

Will you work on the sequels to Twilight?

As I understand it, the director of New Moon, Chris Weitz, has hired Alexandre Desplat to composer the music for the film. Desplat composed the music for Weitz' earlier film The Golden Compass. I don't know if they'll use any of my themes from Twilight, such as "Bella's Lullaby".

On his website he has a whole paged dedicated his project Twilight. He goes into great depth about how Bella's Lullaby evolved with time and some of the complications he had with Summit Entertainment:

To our surprise, one of the executives wasn't in love with the "Love Theme." In particular he objected to the opening note of the melody, which he correctly noted is dissonant (the high note is a B flat, over A and B natural in the harmony). The dissonance is immediately resolved to a consonance, but he couldn't get the initial note out of his head. Music is enormously subjective: For Catherine and myself the tune was wonderfully romantic and moving. For him it was off-putting.

As a film composer it's nothing new to be asked to throw compositions away, or rewrite them. It happens all the time. However I felt this tune was one of the best I'd written, perfect for the film and the scene, and so I didn't take Summit's complaints very seriously. The wrinkle in this case was that Catherine wanted to reshoot the piano scene in about a week and she needed Summit to approve what Rob would play.

Entertainment Tonight has added an even longer preview for their exclusive behind-the-scenes look at New Moon, starting Thursday April 23rd.

Actor also praises entire cast and director of the sequel

“New Moon” is currently shooting in Vancouver and, as the entire cast is coming together on set, fans are eager to learn more details about what surprises are in store for them come November. Alex Meraz, cast as a wolf pack member for the sequel, is here to deliver all the goods – including details on a transformation scene that will see him without a shirt.

Meraz, well known for his martial arts skills, has opened up about what it means to share the same set with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the rest of the “New Moon” cast and, not surprisingly, he has nothing but good things to say about them. However, the surprise “Twilight” fans will probably find the most interesting is that the film will also include a scene in which he turns into a werewolf; and it will be something else, the young actor promises.

“It’s really cold in Vancouver and, you know, I have no shirt on.” Meraz tells Access Hollywood at the premiere of “17 Again.” “[And] sometimes, not [even] shoes! I think the real acting is coming in and trying to act like I’m warm. I filmed the transformation scene, which I’m gonna say right now… it’s something else. It’s going to be something to look forward to, for sure!” the actor adds.

We already know that Twilight star Robert Pattinson has been making headlines everywhere without even trying. Now, even though he is busy filming New Moon in Vancouver, the sequel to the blockbuster film Twilight, he has still managed to be named the World's Most Eligible Male. Nice!

OK! Magazine put together a list of the World's Most Eligible Men and Robert Pattinson tops the list. "Last year all I was trying to do was get a girlfriend," says the Twilight actor with a laugh. Imagine!

Green Day's frontman Billie Joe Armstrong is a fan of the Twilight star Robert Pattinson and said that he 'is a good actor'. Armstrong was interviewed by Spinner.com and among the questions asked was the following:

Who would you want to play Christian and Gloria if this were given a big screen adaptation?

The girl that played in ‘Juno’ [Ellen Page] - I think she could be Gloria. The song ‘East Jesus Nowhere’ - I got the title from ‘Juno.’ There was that one part where the mother goes, “Why are you driving out in East Jesus Nowhere to go hang out with that couple.” And it was like, “Oh my god, I’ve heard of Bumf- Egypt, but East Jesus Nowhere? That’s amazing.”

And Christian, I’m gonna say maybe that kid in ‘Twilight’ [Robert Pattinson]. He’s a good actor. There’s still more to come with that kid.

Twilight's Robert Pattinson has been named 'one of the hottest celeb guys' by Seventeen magazine, which also lists such actors as Zac Efron and Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick.

Pattinson responds to the following questions:

What dating advice would you give to Seventeen readers?

When I was 17, none of the other 17-year-old girls liked me. They always liked 25-year-olds. Tell them that 17-year-old guys are cool!

Apparently Robert Pattinson had a good reason for not showing up at castmate and friend Jackson Rathbone's concert up in Vancouver the other night-we're told he wasn't in town!

According to exacting flying sources, sexy Robby touched down in L.A. Monday (with his management not far behind him) and caused quite the stink.

Literally...There has been so much ridiculous heat over this "Rob reeks" business; it's seriously nuts. We love our Rob, either way. Some costars are defending our boy, saying he smells like roses, but it's the fans who are starting to get a little sick over Pattz's love potion number gross.
