Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner will be on hand at Scream 2009 to unveil brand-new footage from the upcoming Twilight sequel New Moon, Spike TV announced today.

Scream 2009, which takes place at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on October 17, will air on Spike TV on October 27 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

So now Borders is releasing a whole selection of merchandise including totes, tshirts, and even a pajama set! Most items are on pre-order, some being released on the 13th (tomorrow) and some other items will be released on November 2nd.

If only we were so lucky as Lykke Li, the Swedish pop singer whose song "Possibility" was selected to be on the "New Moon" soundtrack. Not only will she forever be associated with one of the biggest franchises of the new millennium, but she got to see the movie before she decided to write the song.

"Everyone kept asking me if I wanted to do it, how [the song] was going, when would I have it finished, and I was like, 'Eh, I don't know, maybe I'll do it, maybe I won't,' " she told MTV. "I stayed [in Los Angeles] and watched the movie, when it only had green screen on it. I had this hook in my mind, even before I saw the movie, and then I was watching it, and I was like, 'That's the hook!'"

Like the songs off her 2008 album, Youth Novels, "Possibility" will deal with the "Twilight"-esque themes of love, pain and death. In a recent interview with MTV, she shared some of the lyrics in the song.

"It's really serious, because, if you're really, really in love, and somebody leaves you, that's a very serious thing," Lykke said. "And so the lyrics are like, 'When you walk, you walk like a thief with blood on your hands, because I die when you leave me.' [.] It's dark."

So far Chris Weitz has been tweeting some updates, as well as a tweet with the official run time for 'New Moon', which is different than what a previous article had claimed:

As legions of 'Twilight' fans gear up for the Nov. 20 release of the film's highly anticipated sequel 'New Moon,' hunky star Robert Pattinson gets candid about his growing fame in an all-new interview.

"To be honest, I still don't really understand what's going on," Robert tells Australia's Sydney Morning Herald. "Like yesterday, I was having lunch down the road. We were in this place for a couple of hours and suddenly there was like 400 people outside on the street. It was just so nuts and it's like that all the time now."

The 23-year-old heartthrob went on to tell the Herald about his fame, saying, "I just don't take any of it seriously. It's just a job and while it's a job I love, girls scream out for Edward [Cullen], not Robert. I still can't get a date."

As for how he's coping with the fan hysteria, Robert tells the paper he isn't yet sure, saying, "When the second one comes out, then I'll see how I am. Mostly, I can ignore things to quite a big extent and kind of pretend they're not really happening."

And since he says Taylor Lautner has more of a lead role than he does in 'New Moon,' he reveals that is why he "felt so free."

Robert also tells the paper how he likes to unwind during his time off.

"I don't really need to do stuff to relax or get away because all my interests are part of my job," Robert says. "Like, I'll watch movies to be inspired to do other movies. I read books to be inspired. I listen to music to be inspired to write music. Everything I do is to create something."

You may have come across swirling over the internet and fansites claim that Breaking Dawn has been given the green light to be filmed and so forth. I'm glad I hesitated to post any of that information, because Summit has stated that the information is false! Sometimes we just have to wait these kind of things out until an official source makes it official.

Ok here we go,Taylor fans...on Thursday the 8th, Taylor Lautner was in Los Angeles for a photo shoot with Rolling Stone. The photos were taken at a beach and on a motorcycle. We've added a lot of high qualities into the gallery so don't hesitate to check them out - he did a lot of his back flip stunts too!

Both Vancity Allie and Lainey Gossip seemed to come across some filming on the 'Eclipse' set. Lainey Gossip also posted some great photos of Taylor during a photo shoot the other day getting all wet on the beach. :)

This is Xavier Samuel on Wednesday night shooting Twilight Eclipse soaking wet, filming in the fake rain over and over again. My source tells me he’s wearing a wetsuit under those clothes to stay dry/warm(er). This is why he appears to be a little more robust. As you’ve seen from his candids, Samuel is rather slight.

Singer/actress says her friendship with the 'Twilight' star helped her get into the series.

While Selena Gomez never admitted to dating "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner, the two definitely don't seem to be together any longer. But just because the heartthrob is out of her life, that doesn't mean he's out of her heart. When MTV News posed the classic Twilighter conundrum — Team Edward or Team Jacob? — to Gomez, she went with her pal.

"This question is so hard. I don't know, I like them both," she told MTV News. "I have to chose one of them? I don't know, I guess Team Jacob, 'cause I want to be a good friend."

She admitted that she came to the saga a little late. It wasn't until she started hanging out with Lautner that she watched the flick to see what all the fuss was about. And now, she can't get enough of it and can't wait for "New Moon" to hit theaters in November.

"To be honest, I really wasn't [into the 'Twilight' franchise]," she told MTV News. "I never read the books, I never saw the movie. And then, I got the wonderful opportunity of meeting Taylor, and we became friends, and I watched it 'cause I love to support my friends, and I ended up loving it."

Selena isn't the only member of her family who's hooked on the series. "Me and my mom were like, 'OK, this movie is pretty awesome,' " she said. "We're going to the ['New Moon'] premiere."
