December SOTM - Robert Pattinson Fan

Once again, a delay in SOTM considering I missed November all together, but I wanted to make sure I got around to December to close out the 2009 year! For December, we have chosen Robert Pattinson Fan as site of the month! The many reasons why we love this site is explained below:
This site is the real deal! Robert Pattinson Fan has been opened for over FOUR and a 1/2 years!!! Talk about dedication to not only Robert Pattinson fans but to the fans of the site itself. Dazzling Twilight is fortunate enough to be an affiliate of the site. Their gallery is just gigantic, with over 16,000 images and counting! You can also follow them on twitter @ RPFan_org, which has over 4,000 members! Their site content also includes videos, tons of graphics with the face of the man you love (avatars, blends, wallpapers, you name it!), and a popular forum. If you need one place to stop for all your Robert Pattinson needs - Robert Pattinson Fan is the place to go!

Searching for Affiliates at Dazzling Twilight

I just wanted to make a quick update that Dazzling Twilight is still in search for some Twilight-related High Quality fansites to become affiliated with. Some rules and guidelines about eligibility can be found on the application page here. Currently you can see that I have not divided up into Elite, Top, and Regular affiliates. However, since this appears to be the standard of the majority of Twilight sites, that is what I will begin doing once I get a few more affiliates onto the list.

February SOTM - Lion & Lamb Love

Well like I said with my last time, since I originally started SOTM a week into the month, my SOTM's overlap a little into the first week of the new month. But now the week is almost officially over, on to our new SOTM! This month I have selected none other than Lion & Lamb Love. If you have yet to visit this awesome Twilight site, I will be genuinely surprised. Please take a moment to read below why they have been chosen as February's Site of the Month, and of course go visit the moment you're done here! ;p
What makes this site stand out for me to make it SOTM? There are SO many Twilight sites out there, and when I was trying to come across the best of the best of them, the site name popped right out to me as being original and different. And the same can be said about the website itself. There is quite a team of talent that works at Lion & Lamb Love to make it continuously up to date and makes you want to visit every day! There are a lot of sections to enjoy, including a forum, graphics section (<3!!!), a HUGE wonderful photo gallery with over 33,000 files, and so much more to make your visit to Lion & Lamb Love an enjoyable one! Don't forget to also check out their media section with tons of videos and audio, which is actually an entirely seperate website in itself that is jointly owned by robertpattinsonsource.org. Go visit if you haven't already!

Once again I'd like to throw some support out there with our first site of the month of the new year. As I've mentioned before, I like supporting other websites as recognition of all the hard work they put forth to provide fans with a resource we can all enjoy. Even though there are a million Twilight fansites out there, they are all unique and different in their own way that make them worth visiting. This month, Intoxicating Scent has been selected as Dazzling Twilight's January Site of the Month. They will remain the SOTM until the end of the first week of February. Written below is what was posted on our SOTM page about this great website:
Intoxicating Scent is another fansite that I came across that inspired me to make a Twilight site too. While there are a few co-workers to the site, what I can really relate to and appreciate is that the creator and owner, Angela, is also in her 20s but loves the series too. I also appreciate that despite her hectic schedule, she still finds the time to work on something she loves and is passionate about. Intoxicating Scent always has refreshing layouts, up-to-date news, an extensive gallery, and an excellent resource for anything Twilight. I highly recommend Intoxicating Scent as a site you should visit daily!

Everglow as DT's First Site of the Month

I'm a big supporter of other websites and the efforts they put forth when it comes to maintaining and keeping a website together. Having maintained a website myself for 3+ years (from 2000-2003), I understand all the time and effort that is consumed when trying to keep current and up-to-date. This brings us to the first Site of the Month at dazzlingtwilight.com that I would like to present for the month of December. Since I am starting this mid-month, sotm's will likely cycle around this time each month. Written below is what we have posted about the wonderful site everglow. I hope you enjoy it!
When I became a Twilight fan, everglow was one of the first fansites on Twilight that I had come across. I was appreciative, and still am, of their consistent and informative updates - not to mention beautiful layouts/designs.
Everything is appealing about this fansite, which focuses on Edward and Bella, and has a huge collection of videos and photos that fulfills all your media needs - who could ask for more! Therfore, Dazzling Twilight's first Site of the Month goes to everglow.
